How many photos and videos can guests upload?
Each gallery includes 15 photos and videos for free. Upgrading the gallery owner's account removes the limit.
How do I download all my wedding photos?
Open your gallery and download everything as a single ZIP file in one click — every photo and video your guests uploaded, in full original quality.
Do you compress photos and videos?
No. DropTale stores the photos and videos your guests upload in their original quality, and the ZIP download gives you the original files — nothing is recompressed.
How long are photos stored?
Photos and videos are stored for as long as the gallery stays active. If no new photos or videos are added for 6 months and the gallery owner has no active upgrade, the gallery is marked for deletion and removed about a week later. Galleries of owners with an active upgrade are kept without time limits.
Does DropTale work internationally?
DropTale works for weddings and events regardless of where they take place. Guests only need a phone with a camera and an internet connection to access the gallery.
